Highgate wood

Our last day in London is one of the hottest of this summer. We pack our lunch and of we go to Highgate. We hop on the little bus 234 which has its last stop very close to Archway Gate, one of the wood entrances.

The play area is wonderful and the woods are an inspiring jewel. It really makes it worth a visit!

Ursula’s and Andy’s office sits in front of the woods, so she comes to us during her lunch break.

After a three hour play, Guiu is exhausted, he falls sleep in the buggy and Gina in the baby carrier.

The wood is so nice that we walk across it towards Muswell Hill.
There is what in Catalan is called “via Verda” that links Highgate and Finsbury park through different parks.

After a refreshing iced latte in Muswell, we walk back to Firs Avenue.
